To clarify Mr. Delay's COMPLETELY FALSE and negative review, let me start by saying that in our Buyer Orientation, I told Mr Delay that due to his funds/financing, it was going to be challenging to get the house he wanted with RV access, and there would be multiple offers. Because I knew he didn't have the means to write a good, competitive offer, I EVEN OFFERED HIM A $2000 Credit so we could structure the offer in a creative way. It still didn't work, as he simply wanted to buy more than he could afford and couldn't compete with other offers. I get paid commission on these transactions, so why in the world would I not follow up with an offer I submitted.? All three times WHEN I TOLD HIM his offer wasn't accepted he had a tantrum., so I actually fired him as a client the third time, so I can see why he's lashing out online. I am one of the top agents in Sacramento, and I won't tolerate that kind of behavior, so I can and will actually fire clients like him.
