In virtually all cases, I work closely with sellers to discuss any pre-listing recommendations to maximize their home's market potential. This often includes suggestions for minor cosmetic improvements or curb appeal enhancements. However, the decision to move forward with these recommendations and the associated costs always rests entirely with the seller. In this particular situation, I suggested some yard work to enhance the first impression for potential buyers.
