Wow, no one ever wants to see a review like that. Not accurate at all. I helped them sell their home (which we found out had HOA violations for an illegal Tiny Home being used on Air BnB) and helped them buy a property where we were able to save them $8,800 of VA fees by going to another lender. None of what they put in their review is accurate. They were well cared for but if you'd like more detail, I'm happy to give you the facts.
