We connected, but it did not work out. Looking in Philadelphia, PALocal knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsCancelled appointment and never followed up. Was not able to contact again to reschedule with either phone or text. Messages were never returned. I would not recommend his services.

I remember the apartment you're referring to on 12th St. I did receive a lot of inquiries about that place and it rented very quickly.
