Both Rick and Candace have lived on St. George Island for 22 years. Candace is a native Floridian who grew up on the northeast coast of Florida in Atlantic Beach. She has also lived in Ponte Vedra Beach, Tampa, and Key Biscayne. Rick is a native Texan who moved to Panama City, FL in 1974.
