It's been five years since I represented this client, and I'm sorry that even after discussing it with him years ago he still feels this way. I always strive to have raving fans at the end of a transaction, as my business is built on referrals. I actually contributed a substantial amount towards repairs, brought a nice closing gift to their new home, took his spouse for a celebratory lunch and even arranged for a professional interview with a mutual business person at her request. I honestly don't understand what the issue is all these years later. I wouldn't "snub" any client regardless of the price point, and very much appreciated the opportunity to sell their beautiful $3.6M home.
