I'm so happy you found your piece of paradise here in SW Florida. We definitely did some power shopping and looked at a lot of homes in the pouring down rain but in the long run it paid off. I had a lot of laughs with the two of you and Jim, you will always be Mario Andretti to me.

We were friends from the minute we met. I got a kick out of Ted measuring for the boat but thoroughly understood his concerns. I hope he gets that boat so he can truly enjoy the Florida lifestyle and I know you will love having your Florida home this winter when it is freezing cold up North.
