Thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify that we have never worked together in an actual real estate transaction. Your post indicates that I showed you a home — to be clear, I have never met you in person, nor did I ever show you any homes.Your inquiry regarding a property that was already under contract came through Instagram, and I responded immediately to your message. The following morning, I also replied promptly to your text with the same information and explained that I was in back-to-back appointments that day but would call you the next morning. I did exactly that — you were my first call at 8:30 a.m., right after dropping my daughter off at school and caring for my elderly father. During our conversation, I clarified a small misstatement I made about having my laptop with me, apologized for it directly, and was completely transparent. I also explained my requirement for the Buyer-Broker Compensation Agreement, and that yes, it was exclusive, but it applied only to that specific property address — not a general or blanket agreement. You mentioned that you had other Realtors you work with, and I encouraged you to continue working with someone you know and trust. While I understand that the new Buyer-Broker Agreement and compensation law changes can be confusing and frustrating, these laws changed in 2024 after your last home purchase in 2019. They are now mandatory compliance steps under current California real estate regulations. My goal is always to provide clear, honest communication and to respect everyone’s time — even in initial inquiries.
