We are so sad and disappointed that this seller feels this way. In this case, the seller directed the listing price above our pricing recommendation. I made numerous attempts to ask her to make adjustments in price and repairs to the property. We had difficult tenants occupying the property for the first several weeks of the listing which was just another challenge for showings. Overall, our agent showings were very low due pricing. We held bi weekly open houses to attract showing activity. We followed up consistently with these open house guests, some of which, were not qualified to purchase. To my knowledge, the agent that sold this home was the third agent to list this property for sale this year and the property sold dramatically below the price point directed to us by the seller. I truly wish this seller the best.
