In the initial phone call she didn’t have information of the homes history. When was the roof replaced..? She had no answers.. The next day I left two voice mails with no reply. I would like to clarify that I was not the listing agent and there was no online documentation in the MLS system. In regards to your questions about the property, I reached out to the listing agent and the information I relayed to you was all the information given to me by the listing agent. After discussing the property, I submitted an offer on your behalf. I called and left a voicemail with the outcome of that offer. I also called you back in between appointments. Since we had also been communicating through multiple emails and texts from the initial contact I thought reaching out through texts and emails was an acceptable form of communication. I'm sorry you think I did not provide you with adequate service.
