I am also happy we were able to get my buyer in to see your home the day you called me and under contract within 24 hours by writing an offer that day! For not representing you as a seller's agent, I had no problem walking you through the entire process, finding you a title company, setting up your appointment to close, and in your words, making everything go very "smoothly." You and your wife are very sweet and I am so glad I got to meet you! It even meant the world to me that you suggested having your children talk to me to find a home for them since they have been unsuccessful with the agent they've been working with since before I met you!
