Charlie has been around the construction industry since a child, with her parents building their own home in Northern Pennsylvania. Years after moving to Florida in the 70's she found a home working for a builder in Gainesville, Florida. Starting in the bookkeeping department, obtaining her CAM license for Property Management, then finishing nearly eight years later as the liaison between the Realtors for the Builder and the subcontractors.
