In response to the poor feedback I received on __11/24/2015_______, the homeowner did not listen to the price as suggested by me after researching the comparative market analysis in the area of this particular property. Additionally, this homeowner was interested in purchasing a property as a result of the sale of his property. Unfortunately, there were a series of events that were in play for the sale and purchase of several properties. Had the homeowner taken my expert advice with regard to the selling price, perhaps his property would have sold in a reasonable amount of time, which would have afforded him the opportunity as well as the funds to purchase the property he was interested in. I absolutely dispute this poor review, as it is a direct result of the homeowner listing his property at an unreasonable selling price.
