Hi Augustin Nare, at the time of your showing, there was two agents on-site, and the building have CCTV. You were politely invited upstairs to tour the 2nd floor apartment, in which your two young children kept jumping and running around non-stop below the owner's unit. We kindly asked that you have your two children to stop stomping on the floors after you have toured over 5 minutes. That's not being rude. Additionally, you have insulted me via text as well. Sorry if you feel that way, but stomping below the owner's unit non-stop, especially they are elderly the entire tour is problematic for us.
