Saskatoon had quite the boom this summer! Timing the market and making the right moves can be challenging, but my goal is always to ensure my sellers get the absolute best price possible. This sale was definitely a home run. With careful pricing and strategic showing timing, we were able to generate multiple offers and secure an amazing result — $85,000 over the asking price!
