While a negative zillow review is not the appropriate place to resolve your perceived issues. Our office vehemently disputes all of these false & incorrect claims. As always if you would like to speak further you may contact me in the office during daily business hours. Work was always performed over the last year to keep your building safe, secure and compliant with all city regulations to which you have been seemingly unsatisfied with, however as you know, it is not the responsibility of a property manager to finance the repairs of a property owner. After pleading with you for atleast 6 months to allocate monies to replace the roof that is leaking along with reluctance to perform needed quality of life issues, we felt that we could no longer effectively act as your property manager, which you received notice and prompted this review. We wish you the best in keeping your property a safe & comfortable place for your tenants, they deserve nothing less!
