Connie grew up on the western side of Montana in Kalispell and attended Harding University in Arkansas in 1991. She moved back to the NW where she worked as an Insurance Broker at Rogers & Norman Insurance in Seattle and met her husband, Tim, who has served in both the Marine Corps and Army.
