I'm sorry to hear that your experience with me felt negative—that was never my intention. I always strive to approach every client conversation with honesty and respect, even when situations are complex or out of my control. At the time we connected, the property in question had already received eight offers and was in an extremely competitive position. The listing agent communicated to me that, given the circumstances, it likely wasn’t the best use of time to proceed with additional showings. While the appointment was never officially canceled in the system, I relayed what had been shared with me in good faith. Unfortunately, a Zillow confirmation was automatically sent after the seller had initially approved the showing. I understand how that could have been confusing and led to the impression that something wasn’t being communicated honestly. I appreciate your transparency about working with another agent and respect that decision. I’m sorry for any frustration this caused and wish you all the best in your home search.
