Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2011 in FL 33414.Local knowledgeProcess expertiseResponsivenessNegotiation skillsMy house was listed for a full year and Carol didn't even show it once. Early in the listing there were a couple of other agents showing the property. She is unresponsive and not helpful.
