I would like to respond to Susan's review. I tried to call Susan at 1:20 p.m. on the date of the showing to let her know I was on the way to the listing appointment. I have proof of this on my phone. I have taken pictures that I can send to anyone. The GPS also sent me the wrong direction. I also sent her a text at 1:21 pm. I told her I was on the way and made sure she was still coming. I wasn't sure of the location, and I figured that where I was sending the call and message, they probably wouldn't go through. I received a text from her at 3:41 p.m., informing me that the appointment was actually at 1:30 p.m. and that the owner had shown them the house. I arrived at the home between 2:00 and 2:15 p.m. The garage door was opened, and I tried to reach the owner, but no one came out. I left my card and emailed the agent as soon as I could to let her know that I had a family emergency. I did tell Susan I was sorry in a text message around 3:45 p.m. when I was back where I got service. I also told her my granddaughter had busted her eardrum, and I was taking care of her. I had to wait until someone could come and take her to the doctor. I can't control emergencies, nor can I control rural areas in Tennessee, where phone calls and text messages come in 2-3 hours later. I regret this happened, but if you check my other reviews, you will see this is not the normal review I get. I
