For starters, please understand my concern. During our initial call through Zillow to request a home tour, you instructed me to contact you only through your personal phone. As a young woman, for a man to tell me this upfront is unsettling—especially since you did not share your full name after I asked you. I only learned your name when it became necessary for you to write this review. When I attempted to confirm the appointment, you did not answer your phone. Instead, you only communicated by text—and those texts were sent between 4:00 AM and 5:30 AM, which is highly inappropriate and made me uncomfortable. You informed me at the last minute that I would be meeting with a woman to tour the home earlier at 9:00am, but even after trying to reach you for more details, you didn’t respond. Instead, I received vague, incomplete text messages at 4:20am with still no name or identification provided. After the appointment was cancelled, you began calling my phone repeatedly and sent multiple texts that felt intrusive and alarming not to mention the words you used. I had to block you as I never met you, didn’t know your name, didn’t know the name of the person you were sending, and was being texted at odd hours from a phone number that isn’t registered to any official business/person. Considering all of this—your anonymity, lack of response during normal hours, unverified contact number, and the timing and tone of communication—I ask you honestly: Would you feel safe in my position?
