She handled our unique, family sale, with grace and understanding for both parties involved. She was patient, kind, yet firm on our requests, and ultimately got us our house. Cassie was knowledgeable in how we were able to get the gift portion of our house and all the paperwork involved. She came over and did several walk through, gave us advice on how to improve our side of the appraisal, and even installed all the required smoke alarms, CO2 alarms, and strapping in the water heater tank.
