Basement wet, claimed it was the homeowner left the hose on. After inspections it was verified there was major foundation issues. Not up front or honest in anyway.

I am so sorry I left you with this feeling. I am not sure what house I was showing you. The only home I had listed that had a hose turned on my neighbor kids and it did leak into the home, did sell and no foundation issues were found. I am not a foundation expert and I will never give advice other then a buyer should have inspections. I do have excellent reviews from the majority of my clients and I do always strive to exceed my clients expectations.
