    Hi Hannah, I understand it can be stressful to secure a lease in a competitive spring rental market, but it's unfortunate that you are posting incorrect information. Perhaps you would have more clarity on the situation had you listened and let me explain the reason why your application was rejected instead of yelling at me and hanging up the phone. First off, you were informed that there was another application processing prior to applying and you still chose to move forward with the application. The other applications were processing and not yet accepted at the time of your submission. However, your application would have been rejected by the landlord regardless of whether or not there were other applicants. When you requested to update your employment information, the residence verifications had just confirmed that you did not provide true and accurate information for your current and previous residences which disqualified your application, thus no longer requiring the employment verification. As part of the application submission, you signed a statement acknowledging that all information provided on the application was true and accurate. Furthermore, I do not gain anything or receive payment from prospective tenant applications. All applications are processed by a third-party professional rental application company.
