I'm truly sorry you're disappointed with the service I provided. As you'll recall I gave your daughter a house key at the final walk through. I also confirmed you were given another house key at the closing by the sellers. Again I apologize for the misunderstanding and I sincerely hope you both are fully enjoying your wonderful Delaware riverfront home.
