Ms McMullen (Fionasfancy4u), I am a full time Land Specialist and I sell thousands of acres of land a yr. I work in very remote area with limited cell service. I am VERY diligent in the work I do and with the clients I represent. I have NEVER had such untrue feedback in all my years of real estate. I am sorry you feel this way. Let me share the facts: I came to you (and the other selling party) to sell your property, I put your property under contract, cash sale, at almost full asking price within a week and had it closed within 20 days from time I listing it to time it was closed. I exchanged nearly 30 emails, numerous phone calls and several text messages (all documented) within that 20 day timeframe (clearly that is effective communication). Closing got changed several times last minute. You never mentioned one time during this 20 day process that you were unhappy in anyway or had questions (specifically for me) that I was not answering. Nor have "you" reached out to me with any concerns before leaving such dishonest feedback. I have hundreds of great reviews from very thankful and satisfied clients, returning clients and referrals from past clients.
