I was born in the Congo and spent the first 10 years of my childhood there before moving back to Belgium where my parents are from. I moved to the USA in 2006 to marry my beautiful wife Traci. We moved to Alaska in 2008 from New Hampshire after visiting Alaska for our honey- moon in 2007. Eleven years later, I consider Alaska to be my home. In the meantime, I became an American citizen in 2013.
