    Very disappointed to read this review. It is simply factually incorrect. I have done many deals for clients with budgets well below $400,000 and am happy to do so, evidenced by my deal history here on Zillow. I chose to discontinue this relationship, as I'd submitted an offer on this person's behalf, at their direction, for a home that had 8 offers. Upon advocating strongly on her behalf, and putting her in the position to "win" the home for $370,000 (well below her $400,000 budget) that checked all of the boxes she'd informed me of, she changed her mind. That's okay, however I'd noticed this was becoming a bit of a pattern, and when I advocate strongly on behalf of my clients, I also put my reputation on the line. I genuinely felt that if she passed on that particular house, I simply was not going to be able to find her a better home, in her search area, for a better price. That aside, I was made aware by the Realtor she worked with after me, that she'd breached the purchase agreement contract she'd written for her while in Pending status - leaving the sellers in a challenging spot, and the sellers agent very angry. Hearing that news did not surprise me, and it validated my decision to discontinue working with her - even if it did result in this 1-star review. It is important that a Buyers Agent have a strong reputation that when they submit offers on behalf of their clients, that the offer is sincere, serious, solid, and will result in a sale as sellers have a lot on the line if the sale of their home falls through.
