DeAnderea Sanders is originally from East Feliciana, Louisiana. After graduating from Zachary High School she obtained a Bachelors of Arts in English from Northwestern State University. She is currently pursuing a Masters degree in Education from Louisiana College. She is currently a teacher at Natchitoches Junior High School.
