After reading this review I can only say one thing, we bent over backwards for you trying to accommodate the deal from the very start. However I have ZERO knowledge of the history of the homes I sell or of the renovations done during the process. I did everything in my power to communicate your concerns with the seller and he informed me that the systems he paid for during the renovations were done by a licensed professional with whom he trusted. This was all conveyed to your realtor during this period. After numerous calls and texts from your agent I addressed her to contact mediation as the deal was at this point finalized and no longer something in my control. You had the option to do this as a buyer, whether you did or not is once again not of my concern as I did my part as a listing agent in selling a home. I sell hundreds of homes yearly and have a wonderful rapport with my clients as seen in the reviews posted on this page and others. I take extreme PRIDE in everything I do as a Licensed professional.
