After going back and forth with the sellers agent from feb 6th - Feb 14th on buyer led me to believe he had enough of a down payment and come to find out that was not true so every new phone conversation was changing along with a lengthy seller financing arrangement that buyer would want me to go back and present that I thought after multiple attempts was a bit lengthy and needed to be made shorter easier to understand to the seller. I always communicated in a timely manner. Angie the other agent and I have the texts messages I’m sorry the buyer feels like he was ignored because that was not the case.
