As a San Francisco Latina native, Ileana grew up immersed in the Hispanic Mission District community. With her roots in a military family, she embarked on a 35+ year federal career beginning at the beautiful Presidio Army Base. Her journey took her inland to Travis Air Force Base, where she then settled in Sacramento earning an Accounting degree from Cal State Hayward.
