Freddie and Minji, I do sympathize with you and I feel your frustration. I know you’ve been working hard to find a builder and get everything together to build your home and I know how absolutely heartbreaking it can feel to lose out on something you want so much. I get that and that’s my least favorite part about this business because I truly want my clients to win. That being said, this review you’ve left is a distortion of the facts. You never had an offer to present to the listing agent. We discussed the lot, I pulled the comps and you said you wanted to offer $60,000 less than the asking price… when you got financing which at that time you said wouldn’t be for another 2 weeks when your plans came in. I thought we both understood that you couldn’t make an offer without financing and perhaps that’s where I could have been more clear. As far as ghosting you- the day you called, my entire family was down with COVID and my son was extremely ill. Because we had no pressing business at the time, I just needed to get back to you at a later time. All this to say, I’m truly sorry that things weren’t more clear and I sincerely hope that you find a suitable lot for your dream home.
