I am very sorry that you were unhappy with this transaction. As a real estate professional, I strive to deliver the best experience possible to all of my clients. As a repeat client, you were very pleased with the sale we did for your first property. So pleased that you retained us for the sale of your second property. You were very appreciative of my service and knowledge of the business until it came time to pay real estate commission. You wished to net a higher profit, and requested that I drastically reduce my commission. This is my livelihood; I work on a commission basis and I put a tremendous amount of time and effort into your file. It was only after I asked that we stick to the commission agreement that you became angry and began to slander myself and my company across multiple real estate platforms. I truly wish you peace and hope that you never do to another realtor what you did to my brokerage.
