While my agency’s website, and most other websites or tech pages, including Zillow, provide a general range of comparable properties, my approach is more tailored and detailed, focusing on data that reflects the nuances of the specific market. Online home search engines can be helpful for browsing, but they often miss critical details or lack precision in identifying the most suitable comparables. This is why I focus on providing thorough, targeted data for each unique situation. I provide my advice and recommendations based on the information shared with me by my clients, including their budget, expectations, and long-term goals. For example, if a client expresses a desire to avoid becoming the highest comparable in the area for future appraisals or inquiries, I work to ensure they understand the potential implications and base my recommendations accordingly. However, the decision on how to move forward with offers is always ultimately up to the client. As a real estate professional, I believe no agent should pressure a client into a decision they’re not comfortable with. My role is to ensure my clients are informed and empowered to make the best choice for themselves.
