I am very sorry this client was not happy with my services. In the process of the purchase the client was EXTREMELY HAPPY with the purchase price and I did fulfill all of my Fiduciary duties of recommending all the necessary HOME INSPECTIONS etc. Unfortunately Home Inspectors can't always know what is behind closed walls and I believe that statement is in every home inspectors contract. As far as my duties as a Realtor I go far and beyond of always putting my clients needs first above all else and am always accessible to them.I always suggest a purchase price that is on target for fair market value and it is the clients ultimate decision for the purchase price.This client was very happy at the time of purchase with my negotiation skills .I do hope they have many more years of Happiness in their Home.
