Elisa, a Navy veteran, is originally from the beautiful mountains of North Carolina.  She moved to Florida 17 years ago while stationed at NAS Jacksonville.  Her military service includes anti-submarine warfare, aviation maintenance administration and the auxiliary security force where she earned the designation of sharpshooter.
