Rarely there are situations after the close of escrow where things need to be resolved on the property. I make it my duty to help solve those situations, as best as I can, if and when they happen. You had the unfortunate situation where you realized the solar wasn’t working - we were informed of this 8 weeks after closing when you reached out to our brokerage directly. We immediately reached out, as we had not received communication about this matter from you prior to this. It is fair to be upset about the solar not working, and we made every effort to resolve the situation related to the permit to operate and connecting it to Edison. We worked to get to the bottom of a resolution within 2 business days. However, due to the hostile nature of your communication with myself, my husband, and my brokerage, and assassination of our character, we were advised by our legal council to not continue communication with you. We wish the outcome of your experience was different, but nevertheless, we wish you the best.
