The bulk of that time was spent living/working in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix, therefore, I know those cities extremely well. In 2017, my husband and I decided to rightsize so we built a new home in the NW Valley, and I will readily admit that I was not that familiar with the West/NW Valley at the time....
