I always take notes after speaking with a client. This review is totally inaccurate. This person failed to accurately detail our conversation in her review. She told me this rental would be for her, her husband who works for UPS, and her mother. Her mother would need a 1st floor bedroom, which I told her my rental does not offer and is clearly indicated on my listing. She told me she has 2 cats, which my rental listing clearly states no pets allowed. She told me she needs parking for 2 cars, possibly 3. I told her there is parking for only 2 cars, since there is no overnight street parking. At the end of our conversation, she said no to seeing my rental because there is no 1st floor bedroom for her mother and because she has 2 cats. Sadly, her review does not mention any of our conversation. On the contrary, I am a highly professional realtor and am very proud of the work I do. Next time before this person criticizes someone, she should remember all the facts.
