Not sure where you got the disclosure that I had a prior relationship with the buyer. This statement is completely untrue. I met the buyer when she came to the scheduled showing with her agent. When others told you that you couldn't get the value out of your home, I helped and provided resources to make your home very attractive. The home sold in 9 days for nearly a full price offer. We communicated well during the transaction and I negotiated the best deal for you. As for the rental, I spent time helping you find a place. I understood that you were also looking for some places on your own. When you did find the place where you now reside, I helped you navigate the situation where this property was inaccurately advertised. Since I did the showing for this unit, I was entitled to the co-op fee listed on the MLS. The landlord wanted you to pay a move in fee instead of a security deposit. You let me know your displeasure with this and I negotiated otherwise.
