I am writing to express my concerns regarding the state of the unit left by Mr. Carrasco and Danielle Gady. Mr. Carrasco has failed to fulfill his financial obligations by not paying last month's rent and water bill in full. Additionally, he left a substantial amount of trash in front of the unit, creating an unsightly and unsanitary environment. Upon inspection of the newly remodeled unit, it was discovered that it had been left in an extremely dirty condition, with damaged walls, doors, and floors. Photographic evidence of the damages is available for your review. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter to ensure that the necessary actions are taken to rectify the situation. We would very much appreciate you paying remaining balance.
