    I did note the cycling and recommended a plumber evaluated the system further. In regards to the duct work - I explained it was above the ceiling and if he would move the tiles I would examine it - I also recommended a professional evaluate further and make repairs. The deck I noted the issues and recommended further repairs be made. I believe he wrote this in response only to not getting the property for what he wanted. If I overlooked anything - not sure what - it was because he did not understand what was involved on my end. Regrets. Keith
