Dear Phyllis, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I take all concerns seriously and would like to clarify a few important points regarding your review. At no time during the showing was any damage caused to your property. I strive to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and respect in all of my client interactions and property showings. I categorically deny any claim of negligence or misconduct during the visit. Regarding the child mentioned in your review: On the day of the showing, an unexpected personal circumstance required me to briefly have my 7 year-old grandchild with me. I understand your concerns and truly regret that this gave the wrong impression. However, I remained attentive and respectful of your property throughout the appointment. I was unaware of any property damage at the time, and no concerns were brought to my attention during or immediately following the showing. Had I been made aware of any issues, I would have addressed them promptly and directly. As for the other claims mentioned, including the house key and the crate, I respectfully dispute those assertions and stand by my professional conduct. I am committed to transparency and accountability, and I cooperated fully with all appropriate parties in this matter. As you mentioned, TREC even found that I acted appropriately.
