When you have to buy or sell residential property, you and I begin writing a short story together.  It won't be like any other short story. It will have a unique beginning and ending, a wide cast of characters, a variety of comedic and dramatic situations, some highs, and maybe some stressful lows.  My job is to make sure through it all, to do everything possible to make the ending a happy one.
