This home was sold in 4 days, at full price, in 21 days (Listed 8/1/19, Under Contract 8/5/19, Sold 8/26/19 per MLS and Zillow). It was a record for price and speed of sale in the neighborhood (Almost 5K above Zestimate). At closing, we enjoyed laughter and happiness about how everything turned out while discussing their next purchase in a year. Unknown to us, the client became upset after closing. We immediately reached out but client denied all contact except text (Which obviously is not a way to solve problems). These statements were made up due to some fees that angered the client that we could not help on our end. We were very attentive and accessible as a team (My phone shows over 100 touches through email and phone calls alone in a short amount of time). We love Veterans (My parents have 53 years combined service) and we truly helped all we could with discounts for septic services. We wish the family well. 100’s of happy clients would agree that we do not do business this way.
