We showed up at 11:25 Ginny ended up texting us at 11:35 to let us know she’ll be running late, she showed up at 11:45. Wasn’t very talkative when we did the walkthroug...

I was late to this buyer's scheduled appointment due to trying to accommodate their request & attempting to schedule more homes to their tour schedule on short notice which delayed my departure time. I texted customer to let them know I was running late and apologized at the time of my text. All questions were answered during tour. Buyer was contacted with their permission by preferred lender at their request. Buyer did not qualify for loan at the price point of home of interest and was unable to obtain a lender letter to allow them to put in offer. Agent requests for letter via phone and text were unanswered. Following day still no word from buyer. Buyer notified home was under contract via text and phone message w/multiple offers received. At the time of negative review, buyer still remains unqualified for loan (per lender) and will not qualify at price point to be competitive for home of interest.
