He was somewhat responsive via text. His perfect ratings elsewhere seem very suspect.

I am sorry this felt frustrating. You were not a client of mine. I represented the landlord and hosted an open window of showings during the height of the spring rental market. There were dozens of requests and the owner reviewed all applications before choosing a tenant. I communicated the open window accurately and made no false statements about the process. I work hard to treat everyone with respect in competitive situations. My actual clients have all left five star reviews and their experiences reflect the level of care I bring to every transaction.
