We are sincerely sorry you feel this way..As you know you are not OUR client. The seller was….and in some cases it is impossible to control human behaviors in all elements of the transaction. If you were unhappy at the time of walk thru then YOUR agent should have made sure you were protected and requested some sort of escrow holdback of funds from the sellers proceeds until the property was satisfactory. Thats what we would of done for one of OUR clients at least… Next time get better representation. We personnally paid to have a professional cleaner come out after closing for you, that we DID NOT have to… In the future if you are not happy at time of walk thru make sure you are versed and informed on ways to stay protected by your agent..
