I am not surprised by this review. She did not get an inspection. I mentioned it 3 times, saying she should get it inspected. She refused. I was able to negotiate 25,000 less than the asking price, and got her in the home quickly (she was desperate-her words) I was more than willing to help her with a couple of issues she had after moving in. Until I had a voicemail at 2 am with accusations. I eventually had to send a cease and desist order to her.
